If your first paid Carbon Accounting Pro subscription payment does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within four calendar days of that initial payment. This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription payment and does not apply to renewal payments.

After the guarantee period
After the four-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
