Using the service
Carbon Accounting Pro provides practical tools for monthly Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon reporting. You are responsible for ensuring that the activity data, emission factors, and other information you enter are accurate and appropriate for your use case.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation prevents future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Your first paid subscription is covered by a four-day money-back guarantee. After that four-day period, and for renewal payments, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Read the Refund Policy for more information.
Service limits
The service supports internal reporting and review. It does not replace independent assurance, audit, legal advice, or professional climate-accounting advice.
